    Is it usually crowded? We're thinking of visiting there over the Christmas holidays. I've heard such good things about it.

    It can get crowded, but not so bad you can't move around. Christmas time is very fun. They call it "Jolly Days." The staircase is transformed into a "yuleslide." The line gets long for it, but it moves quickly. Children can have their pictures taken with Santa and ride the carousel afterward. We have had a membership for the past 5 years and absolutely love it. I really think you won't be disappointed.
